Trump $1 trillion spending plan to have 90-day deadline for states

As per Wall Street Journal report, President Trump asked his White House team on Wednesday to craft a plan for $1 trillion in infrastructure spending that would include 90-day deadline for states to start projects.

The infrastructure plan will also include high-speed rail and spectrum auction.
